Take 10 ml of Regulatpro® Glukoaktiv (equivalent to ½ measuring cup) undiluted every morning and evening after meals. Hold in your mouth for a while before swallowing. If you have stomach or intestinal sensitivity, dilute Regulatpro® Glukoaktiv in a glass of water.
