Since the founding of Dr. Niedermaier Pharma, the scientific characterization of our products has been a top priority. We continuously invest in research and development to ensure that we remain at the forefront of scientific knowledge. To achieve this, we have an in-house research and development team dedicated to developing innovative products.
We work closely with experts from renowned scientific institutions, universities and laboratories, including the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Nutritional CRO & Testing Laboratory Bio-TeSys GmbH, the University of Giessen and the independent research institute Dermatest GmbH. Together, we conduct qualified studies to investigate and substantiate the efficacy of our products.
These findings are actively incorporated into the development of each individual product to ensure that our products are always based on the latest scientific knowledge. Because for us, it is not just about making promises – it is also about scientific validation.

The patent certificate registered with the European Patent Office under No. 1153549 represents a milestone in the history of fermentation.
Controlled
Dr. Niedermaier Pharma GmbH operates its own quality control laboratory, which continuously performs in-process controls and tests all ingredients for their quality. In addition, all manufactured products are tested in our in-house laboratory to ensure compliance with the defined quality parameters.
In addition to our own laboratory, we commission specialized analyses from accredited and renowned laboratories, including SGS Fresenius, BLS, Dermatest, Wessling, Agrolab, BAV Institut GmbH and Eurofins.
This comprehensive quality control system ensures that only flawless products leave our facilities.
Bio Standard
The raw materials for Regulatessenz® are sourced from certified organic cultivation and carefully inspected prior to processing to ensure consistently high product quality.
TÜV ISO 9001
Dr. Niedermaier Pharma operates a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the 2015 version of DIN EN ISO 9001.
Our food and dietary supplement products are manufactured in accordance with the HACCP management system certified by TÜV SÜD. The HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is implemented and certified in accordance with the requirements of the Codex Alimentarius and the Guidelines for General Principles of Food Hygiene (CAC/RCP 1-1969, Rev. 4 – 2003).
In addition to Dr. Niedermaier GmbH, our production facility, Sanum Tec GmbH in Hohenbrunn, is also certified.
TÜV HACCP
The food and dietary supplement products are manufactured in accordance with the HACCP management system certified by TÜV SÜD.
The HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is implemented and certified in accordance with the requirements of the Codex Alimentarius and the Guidelines for General Principles of Food Hygiene (CAC/RCP 1-1969, Rev. 4 – 2003).

ICADA
The Fermented Skincare products (Refreshing Facial Tonic, Hydra Day Cream, Repair Night Cream, Firming Eye Cream, Lifting Serum, Extra Rich Cream and Gentle Cleansing Foam) are regularly reviewed and certified in accordance with the ICADA (International Cosmetic and Device Association) natural cosmetics standard.
