We have an in-house research and development team dedicated to developing innovative products.
We work closely with experts from renowned scientific institutions, universities, and laboratories, such as the Technical University of Munich, the Nutritional CRO & Testing Laboratory Bio-TeSys GmbH, the University of Giessen, and the independent research institute Dermatest GmbH, to gather the latest scientific findings. Together, we conduct qualified studies to investigate and prove the effectiveness of our products. These findings are actively incorporated into the development of each individual product to ensure we are always at the cutting edge. Cascade Fermentation™, developed by Dr. Niedermaier Pharma, is a unique development in the field of fermentation.
The certificate of the patent specification with the entry at the European Patent Office No. 1153549 is a milestone in the history of fermentation.
Controlled
Dr. Niedermaier Pharma GmbH has its own control laboratory that continuously performs in-process controls and tests all ingredients for quality. In addition, all manufactured products are checked for quality parameters by the in-house laboratory.
In addition to our own laboratory, we commission special tests from accredited and renowned laboratories (such as SGS Fresenius, BLS, Dermatest, Wessling, Agrolab, BAV Institut GmbH or Eurofins).
This way we can guarantee that only flawless goods leave our premises.
Organic Standard
The raw materials for Regulatessenz® are sourced from controlled organic farming and carefully checked before processing to ensure consistently high product quality.
TÜV ISO 9001
Dr. Niedermaier Pharma operates a quality management system certified by TÜV Süd according to the 2015 DIN EN ISO 9001 standard. Foods and nutritional supplements are manufactured according to the TÜV Süd-certified HACCP management system. The HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system is operated and certified in accordance with the requirements of the Codex Alimentarius and the Guidelines for General Principles of Food Hygiene (CAC/RCP 1-1969, Rev. 4 - 2003).
In addition to Dr. Niedermaier GmbH, our production site, Sanum Tec GmbH in Hohenbrunn, is also certified.
TÜV HACCP
The food and nutritional supplements are manufactured according to the HACCP management system certified by TÜV Süd.
The HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is operated and certified in accordance with the requirements of the Codex Alimentarius and the Guidelines for General Principles of Food Hygiene (CAC/RCP 1-1969, Rev. 4 - 2003).
In addition to Dr. Niedermaier GmbH, our production site, Sanum Tec GmbH in Hohenbrunn, is also certified.
ICADA
Regulat® Beauty cosmetic products (Anti Aging Day Cream, Anti Aging Night Repair, Anti Aging Extra Rich Cream, Cleansing Foam and Facial Tonic) are regularly tested and certified according to the ICADA (International Cosmetic And Device Association; www.icada.eu) natural cosmetics standard.
